Eligibility
Age and province requirements
You must be 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your Canadian province — 19 in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland) to participate in SpinQuest Canada's sweepstakes programme. Creating an account with a false age representation voids all GC and SC balances and any pending redemptions. We verify age during KYC — submitting a government ID showing an ineligible age will result in immediate account closure without compensation.
Gold Coins and Super Chips Rules
Gold Coins have no monetary value, are not transferable between accounts, and expire if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months. Super Chips represent promotional sweepstakes entries. SC won through gameplay are subject to a 1x playthrough requirement before redemption. SC purchased as part of coin packages are eligible for redemption after 1x playthrough of the SC component of the package. SC expire if unused for 12 months of account inactivity. GC and SC balances are non-transferable.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities result in immediate account termination without return of any purchased GC or SC: operating multiple accounts; using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to spin, click, or interact with games; exploiting software bugs for coin gains (which must be reported, not exploited); sharing or selling account credentials; using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions; colluding with other players to influence game outcomes; submitting fraudulent KYC documents. All prohibited activities are monitored through device fingerprinting, IP cross-reference, and wager pattern analysis. Contact support immediately if you identify a platform bug.
Modifications to Terms
spin-quest.ca reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' advance notice via registered email for material changes. Continued platform use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Full version history available from support on request.
